Romi & Kelsey seem to be a very on & off again couple.
When they’ll be on/off is something one can only guess.
Romi also seems to be very open about her love for her friends, so Dusty could just be a close friend. Relationships with her are hard to tell at times. Until one of them says something solid their relationship is up for interpretation.

It will air July 12th. & it could be that Romi is just busy or maybe they did end up breaking up again. I guess only time will tell.
